The sights included all the big ones: Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Wall Street and the Financial District, Ground Zero, Central Park, Times Square, and the Broadway musical "The Color Purple." Other activites we participated in were the Museum of Natrural History; The Metropolitan Museum of Art; the carriage ride around Central Park; a ride from a man on a bike pulling a carrige; walking around Soho; eating in Little Italy; shopping in Chinatown; Rockafellar "Cellar" (as Jeff refers to it); Grand Central Terminal; eating pizza, Indian, Greek, and Italian cuisine; watching the fireworks from FDR drive in the rain with people from all over the world, and wanting to sing our national anthem at the top of my lungs.
Overall we are exhausted, enlightened, and broke. We're happy we saw and "did" NYC, so the next time we go we can relax a little more. Our feet and legs are tired and sore and cramped. Our camera's memory card is full. We feel sad to be apart from eachother and go back to the routine every day. I'm in "Jeff withdrawal" because he's not at my side 24/7. Such is life.....now on to clean the house and do some laundry.

AWESOME! We can't wait to hear more about it. That is a trip that we have had on our "list". It looks like your time together was fabulous. Just remember, any day that you have "off" is a vacation!(Jason says that theory is BAD for the diet!) Enjoy!

Sounds like you guys were definetly busy bees in NYC. Glad to hear you had a great time! Its always a bummer to have to come back to reality after a great vacation with your other half, but I am sure you were happy to get back to your own bed :) We look forward to seeing more pics sometime.
Love, Jina and Eddie
